Yogi Bhajan

Yogi Bhajan practiced and taught Kundalini yoga for many years whilst living in India, he risked his life to bring these sacred and once very secret teachings to the West in 1968. He knew our world was growing to become increasingly busy, stressful and chaotic and he was very aware of how these teachings would help us navigate our way through these testing times.

The speed at which Kundalini yoga works makes it very fitting for the world we currently live in, we don’t have time to practice yoga for 20 years before we see transformation, we live in a world of now and these times call for rapid, effective change.

Yogi Bhajan died in 2004 but not before creating many teachers and a catalogue of books and manuals for these teachings to be passed on with. He said he came to the west not to gather students but to create teachers and that’s exactly what he did.

Yogi Bhajan taught over 8,000 classes and inspired many to keep up and live their excellence.
His ultimate ethos was to be healthy, happy and holy (as in Whole)
